Devil Wears Prada Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

1.1 This Promotion is run by That's All Limited (company no 14386426) whose registered address is 1 Gemini Court, 42a Throwley Way, Sutton, United Kingdom SM1 4AF (the "Promoter") and administered by Dewynters Limited of Elsley Court, 20-22 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 8BE.

2. How to enter

2.1 In order to enter this Promotion, entrants must have entered their name and email address to sign up to the Devil Wears Prada newsletter.

2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK. You must prove that you have met the entry criteria if we ask you to.

2.3 Employees of That's All Limited, Dewynters Limited, any affiliate companies, their immediate families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion is not eligible for entry into the Promotion.

2.4 The Promotion starts at 00:01am on 19 January 2026 and closes at 23:59pm (UK time) on 19 January 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will be void.

2.5 Entrants may make a maximum of one entry per person during the Promotion Period. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. No purchase of any product or service is required to enter into this Promotion.

3. Winner and Prize

3.1 There will be one winner and one prize.

3.2 The prize is as follows:

3.3 All elements of the prize are subject to availability and date exclusions apply. The prize must be booked by 19th February 2026 and is valid until 31 December 2026. The prize will be forfeited if it doesn't occur before that date.

3.4 The prize does not include, nor is the Promoter responsible, for any other costs that may be incurred on the trip of the prize winner (e.g. taxis or transport costs or spending money). Any expenses aside from hotel, pre-theatre restaurant meal and tickets for The Devil Wears Prada as stated in 3.1 above are the responsibility of the winner.

3.5 The restaurant meal is provided by Permanently Unique Group Limited, Suite 801 Abc Building 21 To 23 Quay Street, Manchester, England, M3 4AE trading as Tattu London ("Tattu London").

3.6 The hotel stay is provided by Doyle Bloomsbury Hotel Limited, 16-22 Great Russell Street, London WC1B 3NN, United Kingdom, trading as The Bloomsbury ("The Bloomsbury").

3.7 The prize is also subject to The Bloomsbury's and Tattu London's own terms and conditions and their privacy policy will apply to the processing of the winner's personal information (see 6.1 below).

3.8 The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative offered save that the Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equal value if a prize is unavailable for any reason.

4. Selection of the winner

4.1 The winner will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions by 21st January 2026.

5. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

5.1 The winner will be contacted on the date of the draw by email. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 3 days to respond to their notification).

5.2 The prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the prize will be communicated, to the winner within a reasonable time and by no later than 3 days after the prize has been accepted.

6. Personal Information

6.1 Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 6.2 below. We will share the winner's details with Doyle Bloomsbury Hotel Limited and Tattu Restaurant (https://tattu.co.uk/policies/) for the purpose of administering and providing the prize only. 6.2 The Promoter is required to either publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. As such, the surname and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Dewynters, Devil Wears Prada Prize Draw, Wellington House, 125 Strand, London WC2R 0AP detailing your request within 30 days of the closing date. If the winner objects to this information being made available, they should inform the Promoter at the earliest opportunity using the email [email protected]. The winner acknowledges that the Promoter may still be required to share their details with the Advertising Standards Authority.

7. General

7.1 The Promoter's decision as to the winner of the prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.

7.2 The provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by the Promoter of any third parties concerned in any way with the Promotion. Any complaints or queries relating to the use of the prize should be directed to the prize provider.

7.3 Unless otherwise stated in the promotional materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the prize provider in order to provide them with the prize).

7.4 Participants must not do anything illegal and/or dangerous and/or that would put themselves or others at any risk with the prize or in connection with the Promotion in any way.

7.5 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or amend any element of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions. Any such cancellation or any material amendment will be notified by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Promoter's website. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any event outside the Promoter's control.

7.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
